A Message from Gail

Hello Friends,

As we approach the end of 2024, I find myself reflecting on the amazing work Kansas Children’s Service League (KCSL) has done throughout the year. It is evident that the dedication of our staff is at the heart of KCSL’s success. Throughout my travels across the state visiting KCSL offices, I’ve found many reasons to be grateful. I want to share why I’m especially thankful for KCSL employees during this season of gratitude.

Dedication to Making a Difference

One of the reasons I’m thankful for our employees is their commitment to KCSL’s mission, to protect and promote the well-being of children. Every day, our staff go above and beyond to support families. Their dedication to improving the lives of the families and children we serve is what sets our employees and agency apart.

Positive Agency Culture

I’m also thankful for the amazing culture our employees foster across the state. Whether it’s celebrating life events or important milestones, participating in office or agency-wide events or simply sharing a smile with a colleague, KCSL employees create an uplifting work environment every day.

Adapting and Overcoming Challenges

In an ever-changing environment, our employees’ ability to embrace challenges as they arise is admirable. By facing difficulties head-on with resilience, our employees continue to successfully serve Kansas communities. It is refreshing and promising to know that I am a part of an agency that tackles all thrown our way.

Looking Ahead

As we look ahead into the next year, I am eager to see what we will accomplish as an agency. I firmly believe stronger employees work at KCSL strengthening our ability to contribute to the well-being of Kansas families and communities. I am filled with hope knowing that no challenge is too big and no goal is out of reach at KCSL. To everyone at KCSL, thank you for your commitment to building stronger, happier families.

Gratefully,

Gail Cozadd
