Join KCSL on Wear Blue Day as we kick off Child Abuse Prevention (CAP) Month in Topeka! Show your support for prevention services by wearing blue and planting a pinwheel garden with us at the Kansas State Capitol, 300 SW 10th Topeka, KS 66612 (meet in the 2nd Floor Rotunda). Weather permitting, we will plant pinwheels in the Veteran’s Walk on the south side.
