How to Enroll in a Self-Paced or Instructor-Led Course

Once you have completed the online enrollment process you will receive a confirmation email for your course(s). If you have any questions, please contact the eLearning department at elearning@kcsl.org.

Costs

Payment for the course may be conducted utilizing online payment with PayPal or by mailing in a check or money order to the KCSL office. Specific directions and payment due will come in your registration confirmation email.

Refund Procedure

For instructor-led courses: To be eligible for a refund for your course please submit a written request to elearning@kcsl.org by the end of the 2 nd business day after the course has started. This refund procedure includes all individuals, businesses and 3rd party payments. Once notification is received, your enrollment will be changed to a dropped status and the request for payment will be processed. You may expect to receive the refund within 2 to 3 weeks.

For self-paced courses: Due to the nature of self-paced courses, refunds are not allowed unless a special exception has been made. If you have any questions please contact the eLearning program assistant at elearning@kcsl.org
